Download an older version of photoshop

I am using Photoshop Anyone here, who can give me a hint, how I will be able to refresh my installed Photoshop? Thanx a lot. Adobe offers the current version and one previous. Why does your version need refreshing? You might try resetting preferences instead of reinstalling.
