Then, I went into device manager and didn't see the card listed in display adapters, but I did find a mysterious unknown device which I presumed was it. I clicked update drivers on the unknown device and after it downloaded and installed the driver it told me to restart to restore functionality to my graphics card. I did so and then reopened GeForce Experience.
